The Bode City Council met in special session Monday July 25^th at 5:30PM in the council chambers. All council members were present. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order with a motion by Miller, second by Tepner to approve the agenda as posted. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Rongved to approve a building permit for Virginia Norman at 103 Oleson Ave for a privacy fence. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Miller to approve a building permit to James Warnke at 406 Christiana Ave to extend an existing garage. All ayes, motion carried.

This being the time and place for the Public Hearing for an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance to develop A plan to updated a Utility Tractor that would be used for snow removal and in the case of an emergency this tractor would provide removal of debris on streets in the event of high winds/tornados. There was no one present for the public hearing, Mayor Peterson called for any objections and there being none, Council Tepner made a motion, second by Rongved to approve this application. Roll Call: Rongved, Tepner, Fulwider, Miller, and Hasfjord all voting Aye.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Rongved to adjourn.
